We were not in a congested, touristy area, but we were very close/an easy drive to the attractions we wanted to see. Also, there was a café with Starbucks coffee in the lobby! Relatively speaking, the cost/value was good.

I have been going to this courtyard every other day for the past few weeks due to it being close to the fertility clinic. And I thought about going elsewhere; but the STAFF is absolutely amazing. Warm. Welcoming. Able to answer any question. Super friendly. Very accommodating. I could go on forever. There was wine on a wall in one of the rooms I stayed in. But: wine stains. That’s not their fault. The staff is not hat keeps me coming back over and over. If you want to feel like home: this is your place!

This is my go-to hotel for Buffalo when I go to visit my son at college. Super comfy mattresses and linens, and the dining room while simple makes absolutely delicious meals! It is a huge bonus to be able to go downstairs early and get eggs and coffee or late and get soup and a glass of wine.

Their front desk worker Michelle M is the only reason we have decided to stay there in the future we were there to move my granddaughter into UB her first semester our tv didn’t work we reported to the gentleman at the front desk we went out for the day came back still not working we then spoke to Michelle M who than upgraded our room for the inconvenience for that alone we didn’t write a bad review and will be recommending to the family also

The staff was exceptionally nice. I couldn’t have breakfast because of before mri fast but was offered food to take with me for later. My husband enjoyed the sandwich but his stomach felt a little upset afterwards. The large room had everything we needed and I would recommend it.

The rooms were quite comfortable. Large enough with the king sized bed and couch area. Room was a little warm when we got there, but with a quick flip of the dial, the cooler air came. Comfortable bed.

We just disappointed about not having breakfast😏 Because we have to pay extra for breakfast and a little bit pricey. But after all we like the hotel 💕

The person who checked is in was so nice! She went above and beyond and even let us check out a little later because we arrived super late, which we very much a appreciated. It definitely helped us.

The room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Also nice to have my name listed on the welcome screen on the tv.

The staff was so wonderful. From the Frot desk to the women in the breakfast area. They all could not have been nicer.
